2.7.1 STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
For the NAAC AQAR (2018-19), Students Satisfaction Survey (SSS) was conducted among the students of the college through the college website.The questionnaire has been framed based on NAAC guidelines. Students have rated the question in a scale of 0 to 4.The summary is displayed on the college website and it is also presented in the IQAC meeting.

(Some Notable Suggestions) 1) Some of the online classes are not understood, so it would have been better to take classes offline 2) All the teacher please when u explain any lesson with more example to understand their chapter 3) Suggest some quality books for the development and knowledge of the students 4) Increase Concept of technology based teaching 5) Give multiple opportunities to the students to learn & Grow. 6) If the online teaching application is changed a bit as we face problem in listening and communication 7) To describe every text more detail sothat we can know our lesson very much. 8) They all don't give us notes always in the group we have. I hope all notes will be given in the group as we can easily find it . Moreover Hindol palit sir and also Meenakshi mam teach us very much well. 9) Provide for meaningful teacher-student interactions. Learn students' names and demonstrate that you care about their lives. 10) But due to ongoing pandemic situation,we are lacking practical and laboratory work experience that could help us to learn the subject in a better way 11) The fees of every examination is extremely high ! And the admission fees too ! In this pandemic situation most of the students' family was financially disabled to fill those high fees ! Please PLEASE DO UNDERSTAND . 12) Providing soft copies of required materials and question banks for preparing for university exams and other competitive exams 13) Online payments should be optional because everyone can't make online payments 14) Group discussion should be included as a curriculum so that students should able to get the knowledge of every dimensions of the the topics that were the most trending issues of national and international aspects 15) They should focus on studies as equally they focuses on the programmes like social,welcome party n all 16) Even in online clasees regular assessment should be given to students to complete so that a continuos interest on the subject is maintained. 17) Learner centric and advanced methodologies in teaching should be used instead of old way of writing in the board and teaching. 18) More Use the digital products like led projector , computer etc 19) They should teach in both English, hindi language and bengali language because some of the students don't know bengali to its better to they explain topics in either hindi aur english language 20) We students must get all the information regarding scholorships and other forms and specially some extra skills classes so as for students betterment in future . |
