Dear Parents & Guardians, it is my proud privilege to introduce Centre for Career Development & Placement Cell of our college which has been set up (inc. 2003 - 04) with an intention to make your children aware about the current trends of the job market, and to groom your children with the necessary skills required for getting hired by the most high profile names of the corporate world. The Centre for Career Development & Placement Cell of our college aims at developing corporate skills, professionalism, effective communication skills, relevant interview fitness skills, corporate grooming, numerical aptitude, & logical reasoning skills from the very beginning of their academic studies through the Course for Developing Communication Skills in English & Aptitude Development. These sessions are conducted along with the general academic curriculum so that your child may get hired by the leading organisations that conduct Campus Hiring Drives at our college during the Final Year of studies.

Organisations like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) had been conducting special corporate training sessions since the academic session 2011-12 for the students of our college in order to make them employable and jobready. In academic session - 2015-2016, TCS had joined hands with us regarding conducting the Campus to Corporate (C2C) programme for our Final Year Students. The concerned members of faculty who are conducting the aforesaid C2C training have been trained and certified by TCS. We have had companies like WIPRO TECHNOLOGIES, CONCENTRIX, GENPACT, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Infosys, ACC Ltd. AMAZON etc. at our premises for conducting Campus Hiring Drives to offer jobs to our students (an additional assistance).

On one hand we have been successful in motivating certain section of our students to pursue higher education and research after their general degree education, on the other hand, we have plans for initiating cutting-edge courses/training programmes through collaboration with leading organisations & MNCs for employment of our students in different sectors like BFSI, Aviation, Hospitality, Retail etc. We are planning to create a Comprehensive Career Counselling & Training Hub for providing effective guidance to our students for their academic & employment needs.
