This is with reference to your application for project grant under Major/Minor Research Project Funded by the College entitled “Comparative Study on Physicochemical parameters of River Churni, River Jalangi and Bhagarathi Water”.
On the recommendations of the Expert Committee duly approved by the Competent Authoritys, we are happy to inform you that your project under Major/Minor Research Project Funded by the College has approved a grant-in-aid of Rs.12,62000.00/-.
Duration of the project is 36 months for the study.
Before we issue a formal sanction order, you are requested to communicate the probable date of commencement of the project and also send us a deceleration (copy enclosed) for the 1st installment of the grant i.e. Rs. 4,02,000/- of the total grant-in-aid of Rs.12,62000.00/-. Kindly send all the desired documents to the undersigned to enable us to issue the formal sanction order for 1st installment.
As per the revised rules, the final report of the study needs to be published on completion of the study. So, you are required keep provision for the same within the same approved budget with the allowance of 20% diversion of fund at max in between the heads/items.
